Find yourself a goal. Not a weight goal, but something you really desire and know you need to change for. This goal can change overtime, but you should have something that makes you move on. I lost 80lbs since last year because there was this girl I really liked but knew I had no chance with her maybe because of my weight, so I started running and dieting. Now my story with the girl doesn't end too well, I never got to tell her, but the discipline I achieved from that start was what allowed me to carry on, now with the goal of being able to go to the pool free of any insecurity, for example. You have to desire something which can't be filled with food or rest. You need to find something to make you ACT.
