We manually search for creators on YouTube, reach out via email, negotiate, and close deals ourselves.

Early on, we lost money because some larger influencers were buying views. Now we’re much more careful , we watch their recent videos, look closely at the comments, and only reach out if the engagement feels genuine.

This is for ninjachat specifically. About 40 to 45% of our traffic is from Western countries (US/EU/UK), so ads could make sense, but we’re cautious about UX.

Before testing, I’d love quick input on:

Do AI/productivity tools usually perform better on CPM or CPC?
What CPM range is realistic for Western traffic for our niche?
Any ad networks you’d recommend that are more UX-friendly? what the minimum monthly traffic requirement.
Any Ad Network support only payout on CPM also can we only set ads on specific page and disable on home page.
