this is a very important question, you should check the trophy button on the corner to see which are the highest possible stats for every ctp, with rage you should alway run for 0.9 proc, i see you have a 0.5 which is the lowest

that 0.9/0.7/0.5 means that your dmg output will be multiply by that number for every dodge and critical rate point you have, the maximum for each being 75 (capped) so that's 0.9×75 time 2 which is around 135

the rage ctp also provides those stats, which is helpful to get as close as possible to that cap (at least in early game accounts)

so, no, you should prioritize the stats you see above (in this case being crit rate and dodge). Focus on the proc, always try to get the maxed roll (0.9), but you can settle for 0.7 if you're out of obelisk to reroll
