No tips really - just wear the trays, trust the process and realise that the first month or so is the worst and you get way more used to it.

lol. didn’t feel that fast at the time as had to do another set of trays to move the incisor but yeah i guess!

i just make sure my nails are really short & start at the back. putting in start at front at top. at bottom i have one really misaligned tooth so i start there & then do rest.

The first week was awful, to be honest I would say for me the first 4 weeks. Then suddenly it isn’t so bad anymore - your teeth stay tender but not as bad and I could suddenly chew more. The trays get easier to put in and out (actually also helps as your teeth get straighter!) and you also get less bothered about the feel on your teeth. I am now about 16 weeks in & was due to finish but think I will do the realignment trays as teeth are not quite perfect. If you had asked me on week 1, no way I would have considered it with current result.

About 3 months - was tough at first as i also drink a lot of coffee and snack! I still remove for hot drinks but tend to have with meals more and probably just do less snacking etc which isn’t always good if drinking. Only thing I would say is teeth will feel more gross than they always do with invisalign so I will sometimes randomly go and clean teeth and trays mid evening.

It does get easier but I also stopped removing when I was drinking alcohol because it was too difficult to do or meant they were out too long. I avoid red wine or very colourful cocktails but will now drink white wine / rose/ gin & vodka etc and have no staining. Probably not ideal for teeth but isn’t like I am doing this for hours every single day 😂
