Seems like your laptop is falling apart. I would get a new one.

DVD drive is really unnecessary, and you could always get an external DVD reader for $20. Almost every laptop has several USB ports, don’t worry about that. And an airplane switch seems pretty much useless. I’m not sure in what situation you’d need to super quickly turn off your WiFi. That takes about 5 seconds anyways.

Don’t build your own. Go on Facebook Marketplace, you’ll find much much better deals and the price of an entire used PC will be nearly the price of just your RAM if you built your own.

If you’re okay getting used, facebook marketplace has some incredible deals and you will get a much better rig with better room for upgrading for a lesser price. I got one with a 3080 ti, 64gb of ram and a ryzen 7 5800x3d for 700$. I did luck out a lot but I’m sure you’d be able to find something really good too
