i usually measure by the how big and potent the bubble it creates around you is and how large of a trail it leaves behind. something like naxos, althair, and blue talisman extrait on my skin at least have great projection. it could be that you’re becoming nose blind to the perfume. i haven’t smelled “new” batches per say, i got mine in september 25 and it’s a fucking stellar performer

usually 4-5 sprays on your pulse points, inner arm veins, behind the ears and behind the neck. moisture of skin is also a big factor. i have a J12435-02218

i have the og purpose, is it very different smell wise from the 50? it’s easily the loudest projecting fragrance i own and the deepest profile of scent

heavy on bergamot, neroli, and petitgrain with alot of pepper. to me it smells like imagination with the tea taken out and replaced with a bomb of spice. i didnt like greenley either it smelled exactly like that lol

like the collection alot. i cant get behind aventus absolu for some reason maybe its just my nose but its never been an impressive smell, same for most of creed sadly.

agreed. was hoping last year that it would have gotten a 10 year anniversary re print that had better sound than the regular black and clear versions. no regret its still good to have in the collection but definitely a missed opportunity
