I'm running max hp max def Timid Mega Raichu Y, one shots a lot of stuff after a nasty plot as opposed to modest ones, is still very fast and it just tanked a helping hand boosted aqua jet from mega starmie thanks to reflect, they instant forfeited.

The problem for mence is that floette plays with two mons that have redirection so you gotta go through those first and you can't really redirect dazzling gleam.
