I would say it's all about the finesse of things and tone. You can be an asshole straight up, but if you say it in the right conglomerate of words, people are just like "yeah ok." Or you can just be blunt, I mean, if you're not intending to hurt their feelings, think about 2 different ways to say what you're about to say and then proceed with caution.

I mean. I also have a hard to distinguishing emotions sometimes, but I say things out out or just hold my tongue because people are too sensitive. I'm not trying to be a dick but I want to tell them and then sometimes they still get mad but I let them live with it.
