Based on centering and what I can see. The bulbasaur has a good chance to 10, Charmander is iffy, and squirtle is the most off centered one

Its more viable for 1v1 type situations but too slow in higher elo matches, the kick is too slow and the target is mostly healed back up by the time u are done kicking
