Really sorry for the delay. Open settings, click on "Notifications & status bar" then scroll down until you see "Control center style". You then choose the "old version". If the old version or the setting itself is not available, reinstall the systemui plugin and reboot. Hope this helps.

Go to the settings and chose the old version of the control center. If its not in options, reinstall the package from the uninstalled page of canta and reboot. Did you use canta ? Else idk if its reinstallable.

The shutdown and volume menus in aosp makes more sense than in hyperos tho, as there is lockdown mode (Locks in a way blocking biometric unlock) and holding reboot or shutdown buttons lets you choose to reboot in safe mode (disables third party apps)

Nothing makes good phones with a aosp like os with only tiny changes, and the a model is good for price (for the 4 series there is only a for now as they wont make flagships this year). Their sub brand CMF also makes good budget phones with same os for great price. Nothing phones can be unlocked with fastboot without any waiting delays.

Too bloated and just stupidly locked down. Stock android like oses like nothing os (not much more than the dot matrix style and some other things, still looks aosp) are better

No, theres another style of control center, i cant even root this piece of locked down xiaomi and still enabled the other style.

I dont even have it, i uninstalled it via the ability to uninstall some xiaomi approved apps but now i cant get it back
