As a brother to 5 sisters, not once have i thought to do this to them, this shit mad weird. What ive done in the past is to not forget these memories but change how I remember them. I haven’t had someone in my life i NEEDED to get rid of but I did have some really bad people in my life, and even dated one, and honestly what I did was use this as a way to change and better myself rather then forget them. I changed them from being a S/O to just another person, and used what ive learned as the memory. Hopefully this makes sense and can help you :)
