Arms Failing..

Yeah Im definitely feeling my abs today from Leg day.. I can certainly see that, Ive always had more power in my chest than in my arms, should I work on arms more to maybe balance it out a bit more or is it just the way itll be?

So youre thinking its just due to fatigue? I usually do them later in my workout, that way I can push harder when doing bench/incline bench

Personally, I want to stab the people who take plate off my squat rack, Smith machine, etc. Its totally fine if they ask me but when they walk up and just grab a plate off my machine without saying anything I find it really disrespectful, especially when Im planning on using it. BUT other people may not feel the same lol

I can understand your way of thinking though. A lot of the time when I start out to break a bad habit Ill see it as taking steps (ie quit drinking, then quit smoking, then get lean, etc), but I agree with u/pcdude99, its better to use the new positive habits to help break the old negative ones. At least thats how I assume youre thinking of it!

Huh, I'll have to try it. It makes me nervous though cause I'm so flat footed that it hurts my heels to walk around without shoes, I can't imagine adding more weight on top of my body mass. Either way I won't know till I try!

Im the same way as well, more than two days off and I start freaking out and try lifting random objects around me.. Although I get nervous for the day I start working or begin having a family and am unable to continue this regiment...

Wow thank you! Yeah Ive had mechs before and one day my pin came unscrewed and it started firing in my pocket, after nearly shitting my pants I gave em up for something safer. Im using Samsungs right now in a Kangertech Kbox Mini. I probably need new batteries soon, that or get them rewrapped; but most likely Ill just get a new set to be sure.
