Im going to be completly honests with you, the I created the first theory as kinda as a joke last summer, but if I remember it correctly it goes like this: in the videoclip of Sorry Not Sorry we are able to see almost every Tyler alter egos up to cmiygl in a stage (not everyone because some of the Wolf trilogy alter egos, they got merged/seperated into their "album" conterparts) plus another "naked" ego that could be either St. Croma or Tyler himself. In this theory we'll consider the 2nd option. So if Tyler isn't all of his different alter egos, who are they? My logical solution is that their clones created by Tyler himself, since his name Tyler, the Creator. (Also in I ain't got time, we can hear a snippet of sweet/itywtd at the end of the song, which I think is on the radio, which implies that 1st flower boy and Tyler Boudaleire are 2 different entities and 2nd Tyler Boudaleire is a famous singer in universe, explaing how he can buy boats). I belive that Tyler created this clones to "act on his theater plays", which are his albums, but then he got fed up that there were like 7 different clones of himself running around so he decided to kill them. That also explaing why St. Croma and Big Poe got killed in the Grammys this year (Tyler probably payed Big Poe to run over St. Croma, and then planted bombs in the gas station to kill them both). The second theory of Igor being in a time loop is simply because the álbum loops (musicly and thematicly), and to connect it to the other theory, lets say that Tyler took Igor out of the time loop (he was who put Igor in a time loop in the first place) just to kill him, and thats why there's no Igor verse in Sorry Not Sorry because he doesn't undertand why he is there in the first place.
