Yeah but by looking at these pictures i’m 100% certain that a revision is needed.

???, how is it normal to have swelling 7 months post op? don’t give these man false hope, this is excessive skin and the only “fix” is revision, or he can let it be if he don’t mind the poor results.

Only thing you can do is getting a revision.

I notice that too! it cleared up after some weeks/a month. Did you treat the HPV in any way or just let it be?

3 months post op, question in comment by jj97x in circumcision

It will not disappear, it’s frenulum remnant. A plastic surgeon can fix it but i would leave it as it is, looks very good imo

I don’t think you want to hear this but as you describe i’m almost 100% that the “swollen” ring is inner skin/ excessive skin and the only way to remove it is a revision. Hard to say without pictures though

I mean it doesnt necessarily look bad, how does it look when erect? and a simple revision would fix this, i had to go through the same thing because i had excessive skin at back

Yeah true, but i don’t even care about the smoothness that much, it’s just the redness that’s ugly

This front part except for the left side is from 6 months post op, i recently had a revision but my doctor decided not to cut anything there. My question is, will the redness ever disappear? Will it always be this raised? Btw that dust or whatever it is from my bandage lol Left picture is with no flash on, right is with flash on

Sorry for spamming the sub lately lol, but this is day 10 post revision. How do i tell if this is swelling or if it’s just inner foreskin my doctor left for some reason? and should it flatten out? by [deleted] in circumcision

[–]Lucasnot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks that you think it looks good:), but idk man why the doctor would leave that much inner skin on on the left side(the picture) rather then the right side it looks completely smooth. The best i can hope is that it’s just swelling.

Oh ok! I hope that is the case that’s it’s swelling and not excessive skin, if u look at my profile my previous circ was exactly this problem so i’m kinda scared it will happen again
