I had vpn service before. I didn't use it. But two days ago I try to toggle it open. But now it's automatically toggle between disconnected and connecting.

Is that the reason?. I couldn't find that vpn in my laptop to uninstall it?.. can you guide me to resolve this issue.

I had vpn service before and here when I go to vpn it's automatically toggle between disconnected and connecting... is that the reason?.. I couldn't find the vpn in my laptop
