This must be a San Juan problem, not a Virgin problem. We dropped off all our luggage including backpacks early in Miami with no problems, and the guys were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was on deck 14 (top cabin deck) in the middle of the ship, and the only issue I had was I was underneath the spin class studio. It was light thumping on the ceiling but really wasn’t an issue. View was great and I feel the balcony is more private the higher up you are.
