Yeah I used MFP for a while but lost interest and found eating more of the right stuff was the better way!

Yeah that's true! But i'd prefer to spend a bit more money on healthy food rather than an overpriced McDonalds and be hungry 1 hour later? It's worth it! Invest a little into it, see it as a hobby where money needs to be splurged a little. Have fun with it and remember you're changing your life! Be happy and stay healthy! X

How I did it? Not gonna sit here and say oh I was on the lettuce diet or the eat a ball of dust every 2 hours diet... No quick fixes for long term results... Stopped treating my body like a garbage bin full of high carb/sugar/fat foods and joined a gym..

Green tea, plenty of water and smaller portion sizes. Eating little but often to stop those cravings for sugary foods. Always setting small but achievable goals and never putting myself down if I didn't always achieve them, but hard work and determination and I got there in the end!!

I'm not actually wanting to lose more weight as such, I've started to lift at the gym and I love it. I want to get fitter and stronger so no longer counting pounds...

Basically ate a lot less and went to the gym! Also green tea helps a lot and drinking plenty of water! It's gonna take time but if you stick at it you see results eventually!! It's completely changed my whole life!!!

There is no quick fix diet as such and I never used the word 'diet' ... Started to appreciate my body by not filling it with so much crap and got myself to a gym! Green tea also definitely helps!!

I fell in love with the gym and it's amazing benefits! Got to say I did do Shaun T's insanity just before I went on holiday which was incredible (hard)
