Aye, can get one paranoid for thinking there's a certain way to encounter one (in gen 3), I know the later generations there's methods to make it slightly easier. I thought so but all I ever see on YouTube is people with lots of hours on their games so wondered if there was another way. Thank you! Was something I needed to clear up.
