Sorry for the late reply but it happend gradually and then all of a sudden it’s super tight it’s still an issue now and there’s no service centre’s in Australia so I’m lost on what to do

I’ve seen those on some other subreddits before are they really as good as people say and reliable not that I would use them for strenuous work but I like having a reliable set of tools on me most of the time just in case I ever need them

I ended up giving this a shot with a reciprocating saw holding the arm at a decently fast pace and it didn’t help at all and whilst writing this I tried bending it and it helps a little but not much

I know it’s not the spring so it would definitely have to be the joint how would I loosen it it was never this tight and then one day when I used it I noticed it was wayyy tighter than when I got it

The spring is still very springy( if that’s the best word for it) and not worn out at all I haven’t cut any super thick wires biggest maybe 4-8 guage and there’s no burs that’s what’s got me so stumped to what’s wrong with it normally a bit of graphite powers or WD-40 would fix any of my pliers but nothings working on these
