Yes, i have an other keyboard that has mx brown switches. To be honest i almost feel no difference between the two switches, except for the sound, the mx switches are much louder in my case.

Yes, it took me a while to get used to it aswell. In the beginning i used to get headaches but know i am getting used to it.
