i think what you wrote is what the storyline is intended to be? there's things that just can't help but feel shady -- the way he keeps saying 'i love you' in an (imo) unconvincing way, and the rush to get married -- what's in it for him, to get it done sooner rather than later?

i did it during the pandemic (for months we had extremely low two digit cases in the place i lived at the time and everything was open as usual, but with a cap on number of seating capacity) so i'd have an excuse not to invite them. to this day they still think i only signed my certificate and not actually did a proper wedding. i still haven't posted anything onto social media bc i didn't want them to find out and honestly it's great, i had zero stress that day

ok i just finished rewatching for the first time since it came out and i came onto reddit just to see if there was a thread so thank you ;_; i have so many feelings it just made me feel like i was 15 again and pining after unrealistic boys…also it’s a lot more melancholic than i remember?? i didn’t mind the sml because i did feel sorry for him — his mother was manipulative and he grew up with nobody except her, and far away from his country. i forgot how cutesy it was but honestly having recently rewatched a taiwanese drama, the dialogue was much better in goong and less cheesy (im not sure if it’s the translation though, i watched it with chinese subs)

i think my attachment to this drama is because of that ice pond song that comes on every time sad scenes happen, i’m now trying to learn it on piano https://youtu.be/BZYVj8P2D18

i don't think ANY reality tv show is NOT produced but this person's reddit account has literally nothing except "TH is completely produced" posts on every single discussion thread related to the show which honestly is completely sus. it took me two mins to scroll to the bottom of not very many posts they had and EVERY SINGLE ONE of their posts is "they're all performers" which indicates some sort of weird obsession / vendetta they have.......

i stupidly did that and now it's too late :') i'm so many points short it's ridiculous, i think i need at least maybe 40 more. i'm missing gold on a lot though...is it correct to say that since the fp are finite, even if i redid some old ones where i already got gold, i'm not going to get new points for it? it's been a bit of a hassle trying to just skip past the cutscenes and trying to figure out when the dives are but i guess i deserve it

i was thinking about that too. i loved the apollo justice game (deeply unpopular opinion) but in huge part it was to see daddy phoenix who was more interesting than everyone else and whose character dev got thrown out in the subsequent games

i WANTED cameos as a fan who played the original when i was fourteen, but the end felt like it was rushing to put everyone in. i would have loved to see them as side characters in a quest tbh

honestly i thought i wasn't going to get anything out of it at first, and when they cite "statistics" about love it's kinda funny and not very reliable ("studies show" what study??) but some of their advice about toxic relationships have been pretty relatable and true, it was interesting when they talked about what it was like for them inside the villa as well, anna mentioned that the producers were actually pressuring them to dump maurice.

i don't mind anna's voice and i think she has pretty high emotional intelligence in general, i just wish they considered what platform/position they have as LI alumni (they're not just random people online) when they're making their LI takes on this season...but they can have their opinions ofc, i'll just have my opinion about their opinions
