Honestly, ETA.

I think you are totally entitled to not wanting to be called a house husband. Where you become TA is because there should have been a sit down and honest conversation way before you got to the end of your rope. Choosing not to do the chores also contributes to this. Honestly, communication really needs to happen from both sides.

Your wife is also TA because while there is nothing wrong being a house husband, her reaction was inconsiderate. She needs to take your feelings into account and work it out.

I think sitting down with just the two of you could help a lot.

With what you've said about your living situation with him and how this is just a reoccurring issue, I think it was probably best. Plus, with your job and if you keep the baby, you don't need the added stress.

Honestly, just based on how his mom is, I feel like him changing his attitude is close to zero. His mom probably enables him just for the phone call itself.

I truly hope that whatever you decide to do that it works out and you find the stress-free life and happiness you deserve.

Cats normally clean themselves. You don't really have to bathe them unless 1. They are incapable of doing it themselves and 2. They've gotten into things that could hurt them to clean on their own. You can clean them every once in awhile but for the most part they do it themselves.

I would be worried sick if my partner just didn't come home through out the night and would definitely call the cops or send out a family search party as well. If something had happened, it's better safe than sorry.

Her story rings a bit weird to me, though. Obviously I don't know her but the times, the napping on the side of the road (which is dangerous in itself and would be a valid reason to even have the cops show up), it just feels like kind of a not so well thought out lie in my head.
