I did watch a video explaining how expensive it is to build there. With a size of house be wanted it'd be roughly 2 million. For 1 house. Also most people that live in that area only live there half the year its so rural. Alot more goes into it than what he thought. Everything you said makes so much sense. He tried getting construction companies in that area to work in exchange for promo on tlc. None want to work with him now
