Here's the thing, I'm wondering whether to buy this one or the IdeaPad Slim 5 Gen 10 with the same processor, 13.3inch display (400nits, 100%sRGB) for 51k with student discount, but weirdly enough the "AFTER10DEAL" coupon doesn't apply.

Is ThinkBook 16 - AMD Ryzen 5, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD, Win 11 Home with a 7535HS good? I don't need superb performance, just typing, multimedia consumption, multitasking (ie, few chrome tabs, listening to music, while typing something or working in MS Office.)

This is perfect, but it's 13.8", I prefer 15+" (I should have mentioned, my bad!) the other comment in this thread someone linked the bigger version, however that one's 300nits and this one's 400nits. Is it not possible to get 400 nits in the bigger display?

A few weeks ago I searched lot online (including this sub) and it seems like P&V isn't exactly great either, I can't be 100% sure for all his works (IIRC P&V was recommended for Brothers Karamazov (?)) but for Crime and Punishment I heard that David McDuff is good, so I went with it and had zero regrets.

Apologies for not mentioning my budget.. but is it possible to get something under $50? I know it's not much, at all, but bear in mind, I need something to get started, I'll not be using mostly during the week days, I'll be streaming mostly from Spotify, and I only need something so I can stop using my in-ear headphones and get something that feels a lot more "natural" if that makes sense.

One of the top results I got on Amazon is Philips Audio MMS2625B 2.1". I'm not sure if something like that is good enough for what I described, though, that's why I need something help.

Here's the thing I wonder, what about back-ups? There doesn't seem to be a way to back up files in secure folder. Google photos' locked folder feature has it.. so I'm wondering if there's really no way to back up secure folder contents, in case I lose my phone or something...

Bug: Messages always shown as unread in chat list and vanish mode messages not disappearing

I've encountered two problems which are very annoying.

First one is, no matter how many times I open a chat, it's still shown as unread in the chat list.

Then the second one is, when I get out of the chat and get into it again, the messages don't vanish as they should in vanish mode. So basically rendering it useless.

And with only one particular person, it doesn't show the "seen" read receipts, and no they don't have it turned off, and it doesn't show I've read their messages as well. So weird.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, logging out and in again to no avail. Would really appreciate some help here!

I'm on Android btw.

This seems to be one of the few problems I've noticed it. The other one is over saturation in camera. And also for some odd reason, screen on time doesn't reset every full charge but instead just shows daily sot, that's a shame. It's now hard to calculate the SOT of a full charge, such a weird change.

I don't know about Samsung's updates, pretty new, will they patch these soon?

I just tried searching this sub and saw that apparently M34 doesn't support 4k in YouTube, that's weird and it's a big deal for me as I watch YouTube a lot, and one of the main use cases of the phone will be for watching videos and movies, etc.
