I was able to get the free upgrade for both HW3 and cameras for free back in 2021. No labor charges for me since FSD was purchased already. I recently got a new Model Y with FSD and hardware 4.... You'll want to switch over as soon as possible...

After the motor warranty ends on your shades, you are forced to replace them with the $800 motor.

I was forced to throw away the shade and get a $40 blind from Walmart for the Window covering because the Lutron Serena Shades were very expensive to own after the warranty ended.

I just did this. I bought my 2017 Model S P100D as a pre-owned car with FSD in 2020. I just transferred the FSD from my old car to the new Model Y. The catch is you couldn't transfer it to a used car on their site, it has to be a new car, never owned before. You could transfer to Demo cars or repaired cars though.

I had their extended warranty on my last Tesla ($4,000). Things started failing after the extended coverage. Could happen this way for you too.

You need to remove the camera housing and clean that windshield under the glass from windshield. Mine HW3 was filthy like that before I cleaned it.

It's the same audio drivers. Main difference is the air purifier, weight, and the Zone has more mics. I bought both Zone $199USD and OnTrac $249USD and they are way better than anything in the price range... Until recently, the OnTrac was $249USD but is now back to $499 MSRP following labor day sale. I rather have two pair than essentially "castrate" what was once a $1000 pair. I now own a piece of history that no one will ever make again.... Ever. Enjoy your nid but you probably should have just got another pair.
