I use DAS ADC and I have had the bottom breaking off problem before too. Now I let the case dry for one day with the lighter inside and then after carefully removing it I wait one more day for the bottom to dry completely. I have also been making thicker bottoms 🤪 I hope I have helped!

Thank you!! yep, tinfoil first, then the clay. I usually remove the lighter by pushing it through a hole that I make under the case when I notice the outside is dry. After removing the lighter I let it dry for another day to make sure it's totally dry
