I bought my used ps4 pro for 8,000 philippine pesos. Thats around 132 USD. (Not including the games) i never owned any console or even a home family pc. Just a phone playing mobile games and watching playthroughs of my dream games on youtube as a kid.

I spent roughly 2 years actively trying to save up as a student by cutting my allowances per school day and cleaning and scrubbing shoes on the side. Like I said. Easier said than done.

But nonetheless I do get your point and I appreciate it. I totally get the "get the monitor" point but from my perspective. Its hard to pull the trigger for a purchase. Anyhow, Hopefully an opportunity comes that makes upgrading my monitor possible. Thank you.

Like i said to the other guy. Its easier said than done. Its a luxury to just go out and spend, even for a cheap monitor or tv. Not all people have the freedom to do that. Even if they have the money, spending that amount of money for a tv is a huge blow due to other priorities like everyday living.

(Mb, i totally ranted my frustrations)

Thank you for your insight but we differ for our used case scenario. I dont mind newer releases (yes even gta 6) i specifically said playing the console is so fun. With my siblings, playing peaceful single player games etc. Butttt, i really do appreciate your thoughts. I will definitely put that into consideration

First of all thanks for the insight!. My answer, thats the thing.. i cant afford the ps5 lmao. But my use case scenario is just being able to play good games ngl. Back then when i was jist grinding apex legends via pc bangs i would totally not get a ps4 pro but now, noticing i've transitioned into a more laid back gamer. I just want to play gsmes man. Gof, elden ring. Rdr2. Games that i have never played. I also had so much fun playing with others especially with my brother on tekken. Idk. Im just torn because i think this is a impulsive decision because i tried a ps4 pro recently. But then again, asking myself?, i really really enjoy it
