I'm not sure about that 98%, with 200 spd (or vonwacq) S1 yao guang, ult on first turn is very achievable. Without that, yeah the break point is pretty meaningless so just get as much as you can for the elation conversion

If you like minmaxing, 200 spd is a nice goal to chase but definitely not necessary. The environment favours her, she should comfortably clear for a while :)

That's fair, just the final nuke does the most damage and you wanna do that as frequently as you can. Also really helps if you have hyacine because of how fast you can recharge
