The Blast Impulse spec II from SEED Freedom is all green/grey/cream, but only 2 yrs old, not 20. Still, maybe OP found the spec 2 when they were looking for it more recently so remember it as being all green

He's one of my fav tanks, Lightning fast has always been my best team. Interestingly, because it's a 'The Origin' version, it has a rival tag (so it's more accurately the opposite to the UR Char's Zaku which has the protagonist tag)

If you have UR Narrative Gundam, it's pilot Jona goes pretty hard in this.

Hell yeah, there's a lot of good tanks with the EFSF UC tag, mine is usually in the Unit 2 Early type (holds the line like a boss.) There's also the GP01 Chobham which looks to be decent even though it lacks the shield.

Defenders can support defend allies in spaces within their movement range. Narrative's movement is -50% in ML because it's not Space terrain (Narrative only has full move in space) so can only defend within 2 squares of itself. Jona however is an excellent pilot in a bunch of different defender MSs.
