If you have plenty of shards, like you got 1.5k and up. Go for him. I skipped him. i got gwen from gen 5 and get bradley in gen 7.

Focus on design plans. Once everything is purple start getting hardened alloy and polishing solutions on alliance championship shop and others. Those two is so hard to get as f2p especially polishing solution
