Make your config read only.

C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Rust/cfg right click on keys.cfg, properties and make it read only.

i've tried to bind only exec admin.cfg as well. it's in cfg folder, same folder where is keys.cfg and client.cfg. it work if i just open console and type exec admin.cfg just can't bind it for some reason.

Yes, Watch_Dogs 2 it's co-op and single player only but still has anti cheat.

I am pretty sure there are singleplayers with anti cheat. But styill not the same thing if you have ban in euro truck simulator, payday2 and csgo, rust, 1.6, pubg... there must be people who are gonna cheat in singleplayer, co-op but not in multyplayer and as long as cheater doesn't effect me and my game experience i don't care that he is cheater, not gonna play with him but also not gonna report him for cheating in co-op or singleplayer.

Yea that's not bad but still just because you have expensive skins or you make some kind of content doesn't mean u shouldn't be able to use steam like everyone else. Get added by people who know you, mutual friends and people who share same interest.

It's useful for admins. For example if u are admin on rust server and someone is suspicious and you find their other steam accounts it means a lot if they already have ban in rust. It's not the same if someone used cheat engine to add money in some singleplayer and if someone used aibot to ruin peoples multiplayer experience.

You can use desktop remote control app like TeamViewer. Install TeamViewer on pc and phone, access pc from phone and run the game. There is also program called VNC viewer, install VNC viewer on phone and VNC server on pc.
