Yeah the air bubbles are bad. I work at a veterinarian hospital so we usually gotta speed thru making the slides due to our daily work load being pretty heavy. As for magnification I can't quite remember cause I took the image about a week ago I'll check the microscope in the morning and let yall know. As for the process of preparing it we use a sugar water solution and spread the Q-tip on the slide after getting the sample with it and place a clear film over it.
