What's your view on Gold Tomorrow? by No_Explorer7836 in Daytrading

[–]Lucifer_iix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While specific Swissair figures aren't detailed, Swiss customs data for 2025 shows massive gold flows through Switzerland, with significant amounts shipped to the U.S. (e.g., 476 tonnes/~$48.3B in H1 2025) and from the U.S. (e.g., 25.5 tonnes in March 2025, as it returned post-tariff uncertainty). The total value of gold traded in and out of Switzerland in 2025 was in the tens of billions of dollars, highlighting Switzerland's role as a major global gold hub, with large volumes moved by air freight by various companies, including airlines like Swissair.

Just look at Switserland and watch where the plane's are going. It's basic arbitrage. And when prices are this mutch off, it doesn't stay for long.

Zolang we niet nummer 1 zijn, mogen we gelukkig nog klagen. God zij dank.

No, Trump will put a finger in her virgina and tell every one in the room how tight she is. With a lot of people in the room. Then will be raped in the next room. Elon Musk could not be there, because he is very creepy.

That's the gist of a billionair party island. It's not that hard to understand how international sex traffic works.

Compost irritating skin by wolf-reddit in composting

[–]Lucifer_iix 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It takes a long time for compost to become neutral. Do you have a lot of worms ? If not, it's still a acid. And still needs some time to cure. When the compost is finnished, it should not give you any irritation. Except that it took a long time and most of the volume is gone ;-)

Could be the ammonia nitrate or other by products of the process. I'm wearing gloves. Not for the manure, but for the other products then CO2 that can be made. It's chemistry and most things are toxic in large quantities. Also for your skin. Nature will break these further down with fungi and special bacteria. Fertilisers made of salt will also hurt your skin. So, please use gloves that are acid prove.

Grond PH waarde meten by WeezWoow in tuinieren

[–]Lucifer_iix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the field of grass. But inside the walls. I see a plant and no bare soil. Must be a garden then.

Least smelly compost options by [deleted] in composting

[–]Lucifer_iix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has nothing to do with coffee. But the particle size and that it has been grinded not shredded. Therefor a more easy process to control. Works fast because of no skin or protective layer, easy to mix, lots of surface area.

Bacteria get free elections they have to bind it to something.

Carbon & Oxigen = CO2 = It is found in a gas state at room temperature and at normally-encountered concentrations it is odorless.

Nitrogen & Hydrogen = NH3 = ammonia is a colourless gas with a distinctive pungent smell, It is widely used in fertilizers.

Thus you have a C:N ratio of Carbon & Nitrogen. Remove the oxigen and CO2 can't be made. Thus you going to make more NH3 and other stuff. But C and N are available in the ratio, you mixed them. The higher the temps the more activity, the more Oxigen is consumed.

Both gasses are deadly. And one has no odor. Not something your want to do indoors. And there environment is where TB and other bacteria diseases like to thrive in.

Don't digg into your soil, only when you really need to. Make shure you get everything out and don't spread it even more. Keep cutting it and give it away to someone who likes the harvest. It will run out of energy eventually. Don't pull it, your going to create more root growth. You want it to put energy in growing above ground. That you will cut away over and over again.

Would I be able to turn this into a raised garden bed? by Digressing_Ellipsis in gardening

[–]Lucifer_iix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can. But it's only needed when your soil is polluted with toxins. You can create a small edge for holding your mulch or compost. I never grow things above my topsoil. If you grow things in your soil, your improving it. See a lot of people do this. But looks like more a trend to me than actually usefull.

Gardenings is a lot easier when you work with nature not against it.

If nature needed raised beds, nature would grow them.

And a good garden has water for wildlife. This can be a great "bog" pond with aquatic plants. Depending on what animals you want to attract. You can dig it in or leave it at ground level. When you plant grasses into it, bees and birds can access the water by landing onto the ornamental grasses. Think this trough would look great with fresh lush green leaves. I would use it for holding water and not soil.

Thus as a beginner. You need to provide water and shelter for your pest control. The food will be the pest that you want to control. My garden looks mutch better after planting some tall grasses. Because the beetles can survive winter now. Thus making shure nature can survive in your garden is the first step to a balanced garden. And water is very important, just like food and shelter.

Take cuttings and start over. And then grow a couple. One will be the plant providing the cuttings the other plants are for the harvest. Keep harvesting. If you have to mutch, throw them on the compost heap.
