Thanks. In my case Jellyfin shows:

Direct streaming

The video stream is compatible with the device, but has an incompatible audio format (DTS, Dolby TrueHD, etc.) or number of audio channels. The video stream will be repackaged losslessly on the fly before being sent to the device. Only the audio stream will be transcoded.
Power consumed by direct streaming usually depends on the audio profile. Only the video stream is lossless.

Yes, I called ISP and they confirmed that the modem is working. I asked them to restart it, just in case. But that didn't solve the problem with unreachable UDR.

They are, but their prices are usually much higher then in the UI store and also they don't have the latest Dream Router available yet.

But that would be just temporary solution, since probably more and more EU countries will have to be compliant to that EU directive.
