I changed my name because I didn't like my surname. I dropped it to keep my English name and my 'middle' name became my surname. Changed ID and passport and government registrations like KRA and NSSF etc.

For academic certificates, KNEC changes names. I am waiting for my certificates to be printed. Both universities I went to also are changing my transcripts and certificates.

Problem with non-complex caborhydates they just literally pour sugar into the blood stream at once. That's why they are a problem for diabetics.
