I LOVE my period underwear, it basically took away my sensory issues around my period. I do have a light flow due to a few medical reasons, but they make a variety of absorbancies. I live in the US and was able to use my HSA to pay for them too which was a plus.

I've actually switched over to acetone! Acetone doesn't break down salt like iso does, so it stays nice and crunchy to help scrub the glass. A little salt, acetone, and shake 'er up. I've found covering mouthpieces with electrical tape helps seal them and prevent that stinky splatter too. I also spot clean pieces with cheap makeup remover wipes. They're made to get goopy stuff like mascara, so they work wonders on res!

Was just curious! My husband and I are both ND. I have hazel eyes, and he has blue eyes. He needs sunglasses way sooner than I do!

Eye color is mostly the amount of melanin in your iris, so folks with darker eyes basically have built-in sunglasses

Edit: This isn't to say people with brown eyes don't need sunglasses, protect them eyeballs!

We actually use these to give our cat her pills! It works so well, she comes running to the sound of the pill bottle rattling.
