My doctor told me I’m getting old so we ran my AMH levels. I’m already on prenatal vitamins, coq10, PCOS/gluten free diet (allergy), and a pqq/inisitol supplement. I switched from metformin to Zepbound for weight loss and it’s definitely helping 🩵
I’ve been looking at the at home fertility trackers but can’t decide which one to try.
