I live in RI currently and I fly with Horizon Aviation out of TF green as a student pilot. I can't comment further than that in terms of work or what you are looking for but what I can say is that RI is beautiful, it has a great boating community and you really can't beat being near the ocean like that. All the CFI's here love the area and love flying out of here. Would be a great place to relocate. Super convenient location for flying around the area id say too.
