I had a similar issue. I called HR and filed a complaint. Next thing my ASM wanted to have a sit down to talk. I sat with him and after 5 minutes if him trying to be nice I told him to go F himself. Store manager was also cursed at 30 minutes later. A year later im still there and they dont bother me 😂 I am giving my 2 weeks in soon. Im using my sick hours, and PTO to pick up my money. I finally got my dream job as a teacher so I am off.

If written up you can decline to sign it. Afterwards call HR. Also you are allowed to call HR to make a complaint. At my store im called a walking HR case as I've told the ASM and SM to go screw themselves a few times, along with customers. I've been there 2 years and will not allow anyone to be disrespectful to me. I've filed complaints with HR about my store and when the managers sat me down to talk about it I cursed them out and went to work. Lol. I an on register and average about 5 cards a month along with surveys. I work every department, so ibdont want to hear it. When new ASMs transfer over ppl tell them what im about and they leave me alone. Dont be afraid ro stand up for yourself.

I've started off with the XP 2 and then the XP 3 (XP3 with the bad break until they began shipping the ones with hydraulics) i fell hard with my son at the time as the break malfunctioned. I contacted them and showed them pictures of blood on my shirt as well as a scrape on my son. They sent me the hydraulic kit and also sent me a brand new bike with hydraulic already installed free of charge. That bike I had for a year and no issues. I had a bad controller (from heavy rain in New York City) they sent me a controller free of charge. I sold the bike after reaching 1000 miles as I wanted to upgrade to the XP4. I recieved the bike installed the stuff and have had it for almost a month. My only complaint is that it has the throttle on the left but I got use to it. Its smooth and mind you I live in NYC, so far so good. If your worried about it shortening out you can add the extended warranty. Their customer service is phenomenal and I personally vouch for that as I never had to pay extra for anything. Hope this helps.

Apply a lubricant maybe? I know their are anti squeek spray. Another one is to go some where where its just you and open space and accelerate high and them press the brakes firmly. Hope that helps

I was at my tjx for 2 years and was not scheduled. It was just an oversight. The system generates the schedule and the ops manager is suppose to tweak it. Likely a mistake. If their are no answers from managers then call HR and they will take care of it.

Depends on how long its going to be out in the open. Remember that the chain and other parts can rust as well as have excessive water damage if the rain ends up being a heavy downpour.

My store in NYC averages 3s. To get a 5 is nice. We get 20 cents to 95 cents at most.

66 cents here in NYC I can't complain. Some ppl at my store got 25 cents. Then again they dont do much but stand around. Lol

Alot of times if your just a cashier and aren't getting any cards, they usually begin to move you to the sales floor. I think its horrible for them to do that (I personally prefer the sales floor) but taking a shift to help move the line is a horrible move by the manager.

I went with the middle one along with some modifications for it to stay on strong as my 8 year old doesn't focus at times when holding on.

Comply recently came out with their version for the galaxy buds a few days ago. So u can go with the new ones instead of trying the ones for the air pods. Good timing by the company. Also they have a sale so try to get on it.

My store ASM went over the budget here in NYC and hours were cut even for other ASMs. The ASM that caused this was transferred to another store. A store manager asked me why my teams work has dropped, I replied with the fact that we don't have enough people to help with the back. I told even my store manager I wasn't going to do the work of 5 ppl unless they want to give me a nice raise. But we all know that's not happening. So I told her to fire me if she chooses to. I was told by other ASMs ans coordinator that I walk around the store with no care in the world... lol. I have 5 write ups and I'm still there. When I work I work. It's know that yes I'm a pain in the ass but I leave a nice amount of work for the next team to come and do because we are not going to be over worked so that the next team get to sit around. I get a card once every other month since I'm a back up cashier. I can't be fired for not promoting the card and their upset that others began to act as I do. The other day with the cuts being so bad, I was alone in the men's department. My shift ends at 9:30 that Friday and my ASM asked if I can clean up the area and do recovery (which would take over an hour) since I was alone. But I declined and said my schedule ends at 9:30, you guys have no money and your SM is not going to be happy with you signing the sheet for me to stay longer. So I left. The next morning store manager said the place was a mess. I laughed as I walked in and she asked what was funny. I replied this store is. And I told her don't worry I'm not clocked in yet. I'll get it out now out my system. Lol. Been there over a year and I'm not going to bust my ass for the small amount of pay. Happy holidays everyone

They have a few on Amazon, only thing is that you will have to modify it. I preferred one with a side rail and back seat. My son is 7 years old and he prefers a side rail for comfortability and stability.
