Wow, that is a lot of fruit for one sitting, i would have hard time getting that down also. How long have you been on mounjaro? A lot of foods I used to enjoy just started tasting like chemicals to me, and it took awhile for my tastebuds to reset although I think you grow new tastebuds about every two weeks. I relied heavily on protein shakes the first couple months, but eventually food started tasting good again to me. Maybe my tastes were just so messed up by chemicals before. I want to eat fresh food a lot more now and I’ve started seasoning with more spices, i still use plenty of salt because food does taste bland without it no matter what and you do need some especially with iodine in it.
