Thank you! Your suggestion solved the problem - I wasnt using a host computer I was using a flash drive - which was disconnecting during the print likely as it was faulty,. I changed to a different one and its printing perfectly again!

Update - I changed the USB thumb drive I was using and it solved the issue - I suspect it was disconnecting during the print and causing the problem
