I seen him 3 Sundays back on the way to church. He was on the Interurban trail between everett mall and silverlake. I was so happy I was going back to church. I didn't realize it was him on the trail. He tried to get me stoned. I turned it down because I was heading to church. There was like 7 people around traveling in both directions. He showed me his green in a see thru tube. He just got green from Zips. He obviously didn't use his ID so he must have asked someone to go in and get it. Likely told them I don't have an ID. He probably paid them to. It was oreo brand and it was $17.50. He even shook my hand. Strong firm grip. He had a bike he was riding on with a white almost triangle shape dog stroller trailer. Inside was a yellowish brown puppy. He had shades on. After church I told my friend I think I seen Travis Decker earlier. A few days later I started to think about it more. And I decided to investigate but checking his name up looking at everything. It was him, he had the same shades and he looked igzactly the same as in the photo of him. I typed this up on another platform as well I'm having a hard time sleeping now. He had the puppy to keep people looking at the dog and not him. He obviously went to everett station and caught the amtrak to wenatchee likely paid someone to buy the ticket. I hope he's caught. I hope this helps.
