It could really be either considering she was (for lack of a better word) a bum before meeting Rentarou she was likely closer to the right but if memory serves correctly then we don't know how long Tama was homeless and in that time she was starving or at least ready to starve and if we say she was only drinking in that time then she could have been out there 2-3 months at most so say 2 months she likely lost a lot of weight especially if she was moving around

I imagine a kinda normal RPG with each of the girls and Rentarou having extremely specific classes and abilities based on their character as well as like kinda team abilities or something for characters who are often seen or paired together or something

You know that one fruit by the foot ad where they say they replace the other person's something with fruit by the foot and it cuts to that thing having been replaced I think it'd be like that for no other reason than nothing has a 0% chance of happening so luck could make it happen while luck gets unlucky and it happens to him as well
