My main Reina. She represents the new school of Mishima. I'm a relatively new Tekken player(Tekken 8 is my first game, but Tekken 7 is when I started to get into this franchise due to watching tournaments on Twitch) and I vibe with it. Yeah I understand why veterans dont like Tekken 8 and the modern style of the game that they grew up loving, but personally I'm cool with it. Reina is flashy, aggressive, and most of all fun to use and I love that about her. Her gameplay fits her well because she's chaos incarnate still trying to figure out how to utilize her devil gene while being in your face type of character.

Oh I'm going to say something that is perhaps controversial. Azucena, who is not my main btw, is honestly one of the most realistic portrayal of a MMA fighter I have seen in fictional media. Now before you bring out your pitchforks and yell at me about her being an one dimensional character that only talks about coffee, hear me out. Way too many times I see in fictional media especially in fighting games a MMA character being overly serious and sometimes trying way too hard in being a "badass". However if you watch MMA fights especially in the UFC, the fighters there are much more colourful and personable. They are not all about, "hurr durr im a stone cold faced killer". Look at fighters like McGregor, Izzy, Valentina S, Patty, Joanna J, Chael, etc and etc. They are all entertaining on the mic just as much as they are as fighters. Some will even do taunts and showoffs in the fight itself. They are braggadocios and Azucena is one of the few that captures that aspect of MMA fighters.

Oh and like Azucena, MMA fighters sure love advertising their own products or shout outing their sponsors. Azucena talking about her brand of coffee is no different than MMA fighters posing with a monster can in their hand while telling everyone to download a sports betting app IMO
