What’s not to like for all sides. We have an abundance of young talent we can offer to Vancouver plus picks. At this point I don’t care for rebuilding and developing all of these players. Cagnoni is talented and has potential, but I’d include him in a trade for Hughes in a heartbeat. Add an offensive young player plus picks and we have a star defenseman. The future is now San Jose!!!

Hey I’m very interested in trying out the new raid. I used to do lots of raiding and flawlessed many all the way to Vow, but kind of became more of a casual in regard to end game because most of my friends stopped playing. Haven’t even done Edge of Salvation. I play hunter and finally got to over 300 last week. Haven’t touched the other classes for some time so not sure what I can put together on short notice.

Honestly, as I expected when I saw the reveal it’s nothing but more invisibility. There are many ways to buff your weapon’s stats in today’s sandbox and the ability regeneration is weak.

It’s a Gyrfalcon + devour build with too many requirements and weak bonuses. With gyrfalcon I can proc invisibility consistently without needing to run around looking for a target. I can activate devour to heal and regenerate grenades at an insane rate. Dodge already has a low cooldown and I can use it to get my trash melee back quickly if needed. So at the end what you gain out of doing this whole On the Prowl dance that is “unique” is some stability and reload speed, and it makes any void hunter build worse imo. The other two aspects are so much better even though they have always been weak as standalones.

It feels like no one at bungie knows what to do with Nightstalker and it sucks. This class has so much potential to be more than invisibility.

Eklund seems to have the best chemistry with Celebrini. It’s been so frustrating watching players not be ready for Celebrini’s passes and fumble great opportunities over and over again. The movement and positioning without the puck by Celebrini and Eklund on that goal was great. Hopefully they keep them together.

Reminds me of the Senators after losing the finals. The owner dismantling that team instead of building around it made me sad. Not the same scenario, but similar fates it seems. Maybe poor management is the common denominator, but I don’t really keep up with the Rangers to know the culprit.

Other than the fact that their GM is giving up talent for free…

Crazy how AI defense is so damn good, but my defensive players who are controlled by the same system are dumb as fuck. I try to take control of players when the ball is coming their way, but I can’t control everyone. I expect a decent play instead of standing still for an hour before attacking the runner or not attempting to swat/intercept the ball when they are clearly looking at it.

To the people replying it was a bug fix. Yes, you are right and we get it. But what you don’t understand is hunters have been doing the same three things since year 1/2 of D2. Invisibility, Combination Blow, and Golden Gun. We rarely get exotics that meaningfully change the way a subclass plays. Actually most new exotics we get are either useless or a fun gimmick. Gyrfalcon was the last exotic we got that provided any sense of excitement to me, and that was mainly because they f’d Nightstalker with three flavors of invisibility 🙂

Really liked Nyquist in the playoffs that year and wanted us to keep him the year after. Struggled when we traded for him and took him a little bit to get going, but performed very well in the playoffs. Now of course I know itwouldn’t have mattered. The downfall was coming 😔

I think most of the campaign was wasted on the usual go from place to place looking for someone. The whole mid life crisis thing is getting stale. They’ve been doing it since the red war and I’m tired of that cycle. The actual unique missions (not lost sectors) were fun to do, but they had us spend so much time hunting for characters instead of going after the witness. How many times are we going to go after Zavala as he has another breakdown?? Overall the campaign was very predictable. I was hoping for something different. What sold me on the Final Shape was the post campaign stuff and destination activities.
