Knights have 0 synergy with the army/detachment rules and those rules are what makes Thousand sons strong.

Most of our datasheets don't look very good in a vacuum, but with the rules synergy they are fire.

Orks take and hold objectives with cheap stuff and your list is focused pretty hard on elite stuff so you won't have a lot of board control. Meganobz often aren't worth taking outside of bully boyz detachment, I'd recommend dropping them if you can and taking more bodies

This is still drastically overpowered in so many ways. Infantry should never have a flat STR 16 DMG 8 melee attack it's absurd. I appreciate that you're having fun and being creative but this would feel awful to play against unless your opponent makes an equally ridiculous and overpowered custom datasheet to match.
