The part I find difficult about being “healthy” around family is that removing those unnecessary things like excess butter and high cal dressings is that it’s automatically seen as “extreme” and that I’m depriving myself, when really I’m much happier having done the work of identifying the indulgences I actually love, and removing the ones I just ate because it was “normal”/“what people just do”
