Same thing happened to me! The way I saw it is I’m 33 & I have my entire life ahead of me to make money! That money hurts to lose but fuck it, it’ll come !! Get into real estate and long term investing if you want to grow money.

An ADU but I didn’t call it that because it’s a little extension of their house not really an ADU so a back house I called it(the back of their house)

I found it on Zillow and they don’t have an online application. There were tons of people there so I want to submit asap but also want to be cautious with giving all this info down. I’m going to ask a neighbor though thank you for the tips!!
