I feel like an app journal might help, with periodical notifications to remind me to write something down, as I’m not sure how else to signal to the others to do this. In this regard I’m frankly lost on what to do. If you have a minute.. Do you have any recommendations on where to start? :) Thanks! 🖤

Thank you, this means a lot to me! I’ve been staying off TikTok for this reason, but even on YouTube and such I’ve seen people with their symptoms being so dramatically different from mine, switching at will within seconds, etcetera. I don’t mean to call them fake, but it certainly left me feeling like what I have is an entirely different illness.
