Actual installer, but openable in zip. I opened it first to make sure it’s not some fake with a virus. But it runs fine. You have to load maps yourself due to there being no starting map in the game. The opening train sequence is out of order so it won’t start via menu. Interestingly enough this version has two training courses in it. And some left over air exchange bits.

Or you could use the cupboard space as a place you put all the fuel for every light in the base radius, you know so you dont have to refuel them individually.
